-SOME TIME FOR YOU (JUST A FEW MOMENTS)

HERE’S HOW:
Find a place where you can sit comfortably take a look around you and survey the area where you are sitting.
Now choose a colour, any colour, got one?
Look around the room to find objects that are the same colour, try to find at least one object that is the colour you chose.
Now choose another colour, any colour, got it?
Look around the room to find another object that is the same colour as your second chosen colour, try to find at least one.
OK, now consider this…
When you were looking for the first coloured object you found it? Yes?
When you were looking for the second coloured object, you found that? Yes?
The point of this simple activity is this, when you are looking for something you find it, therefore if you are looking for good things then you will draw your senses to hear, see, etc, the good things. And let’s face it, there’s enough negativity in the world without us going looking for it.
So let’s be clear, just try your best to focus on the good stuff.
Simply be more positive by focussing on more positive thoughts and language and you will attract a more positive outcome in your life.
